At Prodigal we are building AI Agents for loan servicing and collections. Founded in 2018 by IITB alumni our journey began with one bold mission: to eradicate the inefficiencies and confusion that have plagued the lending and collections industry for decades. The role

Youll handle design for our go-to-market work: decks ads landing pages video social and sales collateral. Most of what a customer sees before they buy comes through you.

The way we think about it: a landing page isnt a layout its a moment in someones day. An ad isnt an artifact; its the start of a conversation. Wed rather you spend time understanding who the work is for than jumping straight to design it.

The other half of the job is building AI systems that let one person produce what used to take a team. Prompt libraries generation pipelines asset templates that kind of thing.

Its an internship by title. The scope is bigger than that and we know it.

Who we think you are

• A portfolio with a clear point of view not just visual polish
• Clear ownership of design decisions and the reasoning behind them
• Awareness of how your work performed after shipping including relevant metrics
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and an existing AI-integrated workflow with a considered view on where it adds value and where it doesnt
• High energy and a bias toward building shipping and experimenting
• The ability to move quickly without compromising on quality

Responsibilities

1. Design across the GTM surface: decks ads web video social sales and own the numbers attached to that work not just the files.
2. Build our AI design stack. Bring us the tools that can 10x our throughput and that we dont know about yet.
3. Build the production systems on top of that stack: prompt libraries variant generators asset pipelines automated testing.
4. Partner directly with growth and sales. Sit in their meetings watch sales calls read support tickets.
5. Bring creativity to everything we do not just design.

Duration - 3 months (PPO subject to performance)
