Location: Southport Gold Coast Full-time Mostly on-site MonFri (9am5pm)Flexible for occasional evenings/weekends WFH 1 day/week postprobation

Think personal trainer but instead of abs andmacros its budgets habits debt smash-down and financial experience is helpful but not required. We can teach thetechnical. We cant teach care-factor.

- a personal trainer over the 4am starts and 8pmfinishes but you love coaching
- in a bank watching profit targets crush the valuedcustomer experience
- the responsible one in your group you actually budgettrack and make extra repayments to your home loan

Your world in this role
Your client base
Youll build up to approximately 150 clients (somesingles some couples).Youll know them. Youll coach them. Youll drive outcomes with them.
How youll work
This is a modern relationship role not face-to-faceall 95% of interactions are virtual:
- phone calls
- video meetings
- messaging / email
But you will meet clients in person
We regularly hold major events on the Gold Coast (up to 2500clients) and around the special occasions youll get the chance to meet clients at these events sometravel may be involved.
What youll actually do
- Run structured monthly check-ins annual reviews
- Hold clients accountable to the strategy theyve been given
- Help clients navigate life changes and keep progressing (notregressing)
- Coordinate with internal teams (Strategy BrokerageProperty) for seamless support
- Spot risks early (drift arrears motivation drop) and takeaction fast
- Keep records tight accurate and compliant (details matter)

The team youre joining
- Around 45 Client Success Managers / RMs already (andgrowing)
- That number is likely to double over the next 18 months (opportunitiesfor you to grow and promote)
- Were a company of approximately 200 employees
- HQ on the Gold Coast with offices in Melbourne Sydney andWollongong
- And weve just secured office space in Las Vegas for abrand-new US expansion Several of our existing RM team will be travelling to and from the US to support it. This could be you!

What were looking for
Youll do well here if youve got:
- Proven experience in relationship management clientsuccess coaching case management account management education or serviceleadership
- Confidence having real conversations (not scripts notrobotic)
- Organisation and follow-through (you dont drop balls)
- Energy ownership and integrity
- Comfort working fast managing volume and staying calmunder pressure
The non-negotiables

- Pass a credit history check (min. score of 600) and policecheck
- Provide two professional references
- Hold full unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Be available for full-time work at our Southport HQ
