The Program Manager Growth & Business Expansion is responsible for executing a defined growth agenda for Creative Services across four core areas: operational efficiency productization of services partnerships and business expansion.
This role is an execution-focused operator who ensures initiatives move forward with speed structure and accountability across cross-functional teams. The individual translates strategic direction into structured execution drives alignment across departments/business units and ensures consistent progress toward scalable and commercially viable outcomes.A forward-looking mindset is essential with a willingness to explore and apply AI and emerging tools to enhance how solutions are developed positioned and brought to market.

What it takes to be successful in this role:
Operational Efficiency & Scale
- Drive initiatives that improve speed capacity and profitability across Creative Services
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows resourcing and execution models and move improvements into action
- Partner with Operations and Creative leadership to implement scalable process improvements
- Establish clear ownership timelines and accountability for efficiency initiatives
Productization of Services
- Explore and incorporate AI-enabled approaches where relevant to enhance service offerings improve solution design and support scalability
- Support the transformation of custom work into structured repeatable service offerings
- Define service components inputs and delivery structure in collaboration with Creative teams
- Assist in developing pricing logic packaging models and standardized delivery frameworks
- Track adoption performance and scalability of productized offerings
Business Expansion Execution
- Drive execution of initiatives that expand Creative Services revenue and reach
- Coordinate across Sales Marketing and Creative teams to move growth initiatives forward
- Support development and rollout of scalable opportunities tied to client demand
- Ensure expansion initiatives are structured progressing and delivering against defined outcomes
Partnerships & Ecosystem Management
- Manage and grow content and service partner relationships to support Creative Services expansion
- Partner with leadership to align on partner priorities and ensure execution against strategic goals
- Operationalize partner engagements ensuring they are integrated into offerings and execution models
- Support evaluation onboarding and ongoing performance of content partners
- Help structure partner-related initiatives to ensure scalability and commercial viability
Cross-Functional Execution & Alignment
- Act as a central operator across departments to ensure initiatives do not stall
- Facilitate coordination between Creative Operations Sales and Marketing teams
- Maintain visibility across all active growth workstreams and proactively remove blockers
- Translate direction into actionable plans timelines and follow-through mechanisms
Data Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor progress of initiatives across efficiency productization partnerships and expansion
- Provide structured updates on status risks dependencies and outcomes
- Use data to identify gaps opportunities and areas requiring escalation
- Ensure leadership has clear visibility into execution progress and impact
Supervision Exercised
- The position of Program Manager carries no direct personnel responsibility or authority.
Supervision Received
- The Program Manager will report to both the VP of Growth & Creative Services and Director of Professional Services.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business administration or equivalent 10 years work experience
- Demonstrated curiosity and initiative in exploring new tools and technologies including AI to support problem-solving and solution development
- Background in operations procurement supply chain business analysis or program management
- Strong execution mindset with ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Highly analytical with strong comfort working with data and financial information
- Proven ability to work across departments and manage competing priorities
- Strong organizational skills with bias toward action and follow-through
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced ambiguous environments
- Experience working with external stakeholders vendors or partners is an asset

Salary & Benefits Information
The salary range for this position is $108600- $118600 per year. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set experience qualifications and other job-related addition to competitive compensation packages Intertek employees are eligible for a variety of benefitsincluding paid time off paid holidays medical dental vision life and disability insuranceRRSP with company match tuition reimbursement and more.
