Job Summary

KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with this excellent client in North Tyneside to recruit a Sales and Purchase Ledger Clerk. Your duties will be as follows:

  • Supporting month-end processes by ensuring accurate sales and purchase ledger reporting
  • Managing and maintaining the sales ledger keeping all customer accounts accurate complete and fully reconciled
  • Posting and allocating cash receipts to customer accounts accurately
  • Preparing and issuing invoices credit notes and statements in line with agreed billing cycles and company procedures
  • Reconciling customer accounts resolving discrepancies and responding to billing queries
  • Reporting on the status of accounts payable and verifying for payment approval
  • Resolving invoice and purchase order discrepancies
  • Managing payment runs

You will have worked in a similar role previously and have strong IT skills.
