Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse & Material Handling

• Pick pack stock and stage parts accurately safely and efficiently
• Load and unload parts trucks and transport vehicles
• Support general warehouse duties including housekeeping and material organization

Shipping Receiving & Deliveries

• Perform shipping and receiving functions in accordance with procedures
• Complete scheduled deliveries to Fort Hills and Syncrude locations
• Ensure accurate documentation and material handling during all deliveries

Inventory and VMI Support

• Support VMI operations across the region
• Assist with inventory counts stock replenishment and maintaining organized VMI areas
• Support the HME warehouse with material movement and inventory activities as requested

Safety & Compliance

• Complete a pre-task assessment (PTA) and follow all site and company safety requirements
• Promote and demonstrate a strong safety-first culture
• Maintain certifications and comply with WHMIS TDG site access and PPE standards

General Duties

• Operate warehouse equipment as trained (e.g. forklift)
• Complete assigned tasks from supervision or management in a timely and professional manner
• Work collaboratively with team members across sites and functions

Qualifications:

• Completion of Grade 12
• Ability to work safely accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid drivers licence with a successful drivers abstract
• Previous warehouse or material handling experience forklift certification computer literacy and experience with RF scanning and bar-coding systems an asset
• Experience working in an industrial unionized environment an asset

Important Detail:

• This field position is on a 14x14 shift rotation based out of our Mildred Lake facility working across multiple sites as required
• A condition of employment is the ability to obtain Customer Site access (Drug & Alcohol fitness testing)
• Physical ability to lift carry and move materials safely

• You are required to become a member of the Union associated with this position. This will be effective immediately and will result in union dues being deducted
• Any future shift changes that may occur will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Collective Agreement.
