As anOperations Analytics & Order Fulfillment Specialist you will play a pivotal role in overseeing andoptimizingthe order processing system coordinating various projects andleveraginganalytics to drive informed decision-making within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Processing:

• Manage end-to-end order processing activities including order entry tracking fulfillment and invoicing.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales inventory management andlogisticsto ensuretimelyandaccurateorder fulfillment.

• Continuously evaluate and streamline order processing workflows to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Address any issues or discrepancies related to orders and implement corrective actions as needed.

1. Project Coordination:

• Serve as thecentral pointof contact for project coordinationin the OM/Ops spherefacilitatingcommunication and collaboration among stakeholders.

• Develop project plans timelines and milestones to ensure successful project execution.

• Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks or obstacles implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

• Coordinate resources to support projectobjectivesand deadlines.

1. Analytics:

• Utilize analytical tools and techniques to extract insights from data related to order processing project performance and operational efficiency.

• Develop andmaintainkey performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of order processing and project outcomes.

• Generate reports and dashboards to present actionable insights to senior management enabling data-driven decision-making.

• Identifyopportunities for process improvements and optimization based on data analysis and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree inBusinessAdministration Operations Management Analytics ora relatedfield.

• Proven experience (2 years) inorderprocessing project coordination and analytics roles preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Strongproficiencyin data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel SQL Tableau) with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex datasets.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Experience with Oracle ERPconsideredan asset.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
