SET THE COURSE

The Restaurant Regional Manager will be required to travel to multiple restaurant locations in Southern California Las Vegas Scottsdale on a weekly basis. Must be willing to travel to any restaurant location as needed.

Candidate will need to be physically located in Scottsdale Arizona.

The Restaurant Regional Manager is the leader mentor coach and developer of the Restaurant management teams. They will actively demonstrate the Tommy Bahama philosophy lifestyle and values. Responsible for guiding training and communicating fiscal responsibility to restaurant and retail management. Partners with the community associations and representing Tommy Bahama well in the community. The Regional Manager is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of achieving goals and a demonstrated ability to drive business growth.

BE THE ISLAND GUIDE

• Provides Restaurant Leadership over 6-8 restaurant locations throughout the region.
• Responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations including staffing training financials safety and compliance.
• Embraces articulates and reflects the Tommy Bahama culture and educates managers and team on Tommy Bahama lifestyle culture and atmosphere.
• Teach managers staff and other Tommy Bahama team members about hospitality the values of the company and what exceptional guest service means to Tommy Bahama.
• Makes final call on promotions compensation and performance management of all island management staff (in partnership with retail for retail store).
• Hires trains develops and help retain restaurant management teams. Fosters a collaborative environment.
• Analyzes restaurant level reports and coach managers to improve results.
• Works consistently with team members to ensure the company team and individuals reach their goals and objectives.
• Identifies sales trends within and of Region maintain budgets implement new concepts through the use of effective partnering determine format and content of reports conduct regular meetings with team to maintain optimum communication and keep team abreast of industry and life style trends.
• Participates Strategic Planning.
• Manage and take responsibility for the P&Ls and budgets by monitoring progress and coaching managers to make appropriate adjustments throughout a fiscal period.
• Maintains and creates standards to ensure a successful balance of the culture operations and profit.
• Actively reviews food and operational costs to create a profitable company.
• Facilitates and helps to oversee construction projects remodels and overall upkeep of locations.
• Qualifies possible events where Tommy Bahama may want to be present and orchestrates company involvement.

ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE

• High school diploma college degree or relevant work experience.
• 10 years of restaurant experience.
• 7 years of management team supervision.
• Multi unit management experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership interpersonal and communication skills organized multi-tasker
• talented director of internal and external guest relations in all arenas. Motivating public speaker.

Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role including an individuals experience knowledge and skillset as well as work location and available budget.

Rate Range: $120000 - $170000
