Job Summary
Human Touch Home Health is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (PRN) to provide home health services in Arlington Alexandria Falls Church and surrounding Northern Virginia communities.

What Youll Do
- Complete occupational therapy evaluations reassessments and discharge planning
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving daily living skills and independence
- Provide skilled therapy services in patients homes
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety
- Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team

Requirements
- Active Virginia Occupational Therapist license
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Home health experience preferred
