Job Summary

About the Role
Working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment you will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality components while maintaining strong safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operating CNC machinery safely and efficiently
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and job specifications
Setting up materials and tooling for production runs
Monitoring machine operations and ensuring quality output
Conducting quality inspections on finished products
Reporting machine faults or defects to supervisors
Maintaining accurate production documentation
Assisting with general workshop and manufacturing duties
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Following all workshop safety procedures and PPE requirements
Skills & Experience
Previous CNC operating experience essential
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Experience working within a manufacturing or workshop environment
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Forklift ticket advantageous
Reliable work ethic and ability to work within a team
