ELDP Nano-Materials Mixing Process Engineer

Job Description:

The Role:

Focus on the formulation and mixing of advanced nanomaterial suspensions. Ensure uniform particle dispersion and fluid stabilitywithstatisticaldata analysis supportwhile developing innovative techniques to enhance product quality.

In this role you will:

  • Execute chemical formulation and mixing processes to achieve consistent dispersion

  • Monitor and optimize fluid stability parameters (pH particle size distribution viscosity etc.)with statistical data analysis

  • Establish andmaintainSOPs and process documentation

  • Research and implement advanced dispersion technologies to improve reliability and scalability

  • Bachelors degree or above inScience Engineering or related technical fields

  • Applying statistical methods for data analysis process evaluation and decision-making

  • Strong interest in semiconductor processes or clean technology
