Corporate Development is responsible for driving the Groups growth agenda by identifying and executing on inorganic and strategic partnership projects. As a Senior Group Manager the candidate is expected to support the development of the inorganic strategy identify potential targets and manage and execute the transactions.Job Requirements:
- Target screening due diligence and valuation.
- Work closely with different functional experts including Regional CEO teams Local Business Units Risk Legal Finance and Tax.
- Strong project management.
- Solid working relationship established with external advisers ensuring maximum value add.
- Support the development of high quality Exco materials to facilitate decision making.
Job Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of working experience. Previous experience in M&A preferred.
- Robust quantitative and financial modelling skill.
- Bachelors degree.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Effective communication influencing and negotiation skills.
