Were looking for a sharp organized and high-energy Growth Associate based in NYC.

Our business relies on deep integrations with some of the biggest names in HR and workforce management. As a Growth Associate you will be the glue that keeps these relationships strong. You will work directly with our Growth and Success leads to onboard new partners support existing ones and drive mutual growth.

This is a rare opportunity for a recent grad to sit at the intersection of Sales Product and Operations in a hyper-growth FinTech environment. You wont just be sending emails; you will be analyzing partner performance data helping troubleshoot integration issues and building the materials that convince major platforms to team up with Clair.
