The Global Intelligent Sensing & Reconnaissance (Global ISR) business within the Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) BU of Raytheon is seeking highly motivated professional to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team based onsite in Westford lead analyst will be an integral part of the pricing team to ensure successful business growth.

This is a unique role due to the entity being a Goodrich business and operating as a wholly owned role is essential for utilizing transparent estimating & pricing processes and decision making to assist leadership in the continued growth of this business.

Excellent communication skills are required for interactions with and guidance for cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do:

• Manage all aspects of the program level bookings sales profit and cash forecast including data validation and reporting
• Ownership of all internal FP&A deliverables
• Monthly and quarterly balance sheet and income statement forecast and analysis
• Ideal professional experience will be related to financial analysis in a highly matrixed organization
• Align with accounting on monthly and quarterly accrual timing
• Meet critical deadlines and develop efficiencies and process improvements

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience
• Experience in defense or aerospace industry
• Previous experience with development and Support to AOP and LRP
• Coordination and support to the budgets and rates organization; assist in FPRP development
• Experience meeting critical deadlines and develop efficiencies and process improvements
• Extensive Microsoft Suite knowledge/experience

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Strong communication presentation and teamwork skills
• Ability to multi-task and be able to support a dynamic team environment
• Experience working Aerospace/Defense programs
• Prior experience in an FP&A role in the defense industry
• Working knowledge of SAP and other industry standard financial tools
• Experience with government contracts
• Ability to apply interpret and provide financial guidance on Raytheon Policies and Procedures

The salary range for this role is 107500 USD - 204500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
