Job Summary
Expression of Interest (EOI) Team Coordinator or Team Coordinator - Peer Specialist (Hunter)
Programs:
NDIS (Primary) crossprogram interface
Locations:
1 x Team Coordinator based in Newcastle
1 x Team Coordinator working across Maitland and Taree (role will be expected to travel between these 2 sites using a Flourish Australia Provided pool car).
Expectations for the Team Coordinator Roles
Team Coordinator roles will also be expected to deliver some service delivery elements in discussion with the Hunter Manager. Team Coordinator roles are expected to be on-site with very limited opportunity for work from home arrangements
