Role purpose

This role leadseQualitySupportsinternalDevelopment andPlatformsfunction focusing on building andmaintainingPower Platform solutions that can power our operational systems client portals automation workflows reporting dashboards and business processes. The role involves hands-on development application support troubleshooting and close collaboration with other team members on integrations and new projects.

The Business Automations Lead plays a key role in uplifting the organisations digital capability by designing building andmaintainingusercentred solutions across SharePoint Online (including an accessible wellgoverned Intranet) Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI). Solutions must be secure scalable inclusive and aligned toeQualitySupports values and governance frameworks.

There are key areas of responsibility which ensure the role is focused on both the current and future needs of the business. The role supports Executive theBuSSManagerand collaborates across the business.

Digital Leadership

ThisrolesupportstheBuSSManager inleading themanagement improvementandadvising oneQualitySupportsdigital landscape and to articulate a road map for improvement.

  • Supportarticulation ofeQualitySupports digital landscapealigned to itsStrategy.
  • Supportdevelopment of a yearly roadmap of priority projects and improvement
  • CreateandconfigurePower Platform solutions
  • Followindustry standard IT support and change management processesTroubleshoot bug fix and provideongoing support for production systems
  • Collaboratewith team members on integrations shared projects and cross-platform solutions
  • Writingcleartechnicaldocumentation and release notes

Digital solutions

SharePoint Online & Intranet Development

  • Lead the build ofourIntranet with cleararchitecture site templates metadata and navigation.
  • Establish governance: permissions model content lifecycle page templates reusable components.
  • Understand the need to design for accessibility inclusivity mobile responsiveness; drive high adoption.

Power Platform Development

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft 365 administration including Azure Active Directory/Entra ID Intune and SharePoint for user management device management site architecture content types/metadata governance and content management.
  • Power Apps & Power Automate: solution design reusable components environment strategy ALM.
  • Power BI: data modelling DAX fundamentals security (RLS)and refresh strategies.
  • Integration patterns with Microsoft 365 and Dataverse; API connectors and data loss prevention (DLP).

Microsoft 365 Enablement & Adoption

  • Provideexpertiseacross Azure/Intune Teams OneDrive Planner Forms Lists.
  • Support capability uplift via simple accessible guidanceandlearning resources.
  • Plan and support rollouts of new features and governance updates; manage change impacts.

Security Compliance & Data Protection

  • Apply Microsoft 365 governance policies Data Loss Prevention (DLP) retention sensitivity labels and secure sharing.
  • Design leastprivilege access for SharePoint sites and Power Platform environments.
  • Ensure solutions meet privacyconfidentialityand NDIS obligations;maintaindocumentation and change control.

Any other reasonable and related duties asrequiredto meet the ongoing needsofeQualitySupport as the business grows and matures.

Key Capabilities:

Demonstrated experiencein:

Knowledge and Experience

  • Qualification in ICT Computer Science Information Systems or equivalent experience (5 years desirable).
  • Project management delivery tracking and reporting
  • Desired app knowledge with Smartsheet Employment Hero ISpring LMS Xero Oncehub
  • Sound working knowledge of the NDIS and SIL.
  • Current Police Check.
  • Delivering solutions in Microsoft 365 SharePoint OnlinePower Platform
  • Digital transformation including requirements build testing deployment&adoption.

Change and Collaboration skills

  • Work with an understanding of relevant context emerging strategicdriversand NDIS reform.
  • Collaborate with leadership bringing functions together to work at their best.
  • Organisationcollaborationand time management to meetpaceof change.
