Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our this role you will be the bridge between the initial sale and the final delivery serving as the primary engine for our post-sale process. You will support our Account Managers by coordinating invoices managing orders and ensuring that every customer receives their product accurately and on time.
The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the operational grit to manage complex orders involving custom artwork and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management & Post-Sale Execution
Own the end-to-end post-sale process including artwork proofing invoicing and generating accurate shipping quotes.
Input and process orders with 100% accuracy ensuring correct pricing discounts and product specifications.
Monitor order progress to ensure all customer requirements are met and delivery deadlines are honored.
Customer & Sales Support
Act as the primary point of contact for urgent inquiries when Sales Representatives are unavailable.
Proactively inform customers of any potential delays arrange delivery dates and resolve queries regarding their orders.
Maintain a deep knowledge of the companys product catalog to provide helpful solutions and support to clients.
Operational Coordination
Collaborate cross-functionally with production and design departments to ensure artwork and orders are processed effectively.
Develop and maintain meticulous digital filing systems to track sales records and provide necessary data to the finance department.
Generate regular reports on sales activity and order status for leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Proven track record in customer service sales operations or administrative coordination.
Organizational Mastery: Ability to multitask and prioritize high-volume tasks without letting details slip through the cracks.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable handling both professional client inquiries and internal coordination.
Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in order management systems CRM software and basic financial/reporting tools.
Demeanor: A positive professional and can-do attitude especially when handling time-sensitive or urgent customer needs.
