Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Work a full scope of practice as a pathologist.
- Perform autopsies and the interpretation of surgical biopsies.
- Assess pathology and cytopathology specimens
- Perform interpretation of peripheral blood smears or be willing to train in this

Qualifications :
- All applicants must be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia (CPSNS)
- All specialists must be eligible for certification with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC)
- Membership with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)
- Canadian certification in either anatomical or general pathology is considered an asset
