As our Head of Inventory Managementyou will ensure accurate timely and efficient management of hardware and asset inventory of hWP and hGP organizations including oversight of other regions including UK & I Poland Germany MX Chile Asia Spain and Central and Eastern Europe. Enable seamless client deployment through proactive inventory planning and controls.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demand Forecasting & Commercial Alignment: Partner with Product and Commercial teams to forecast inventory needs based on pipeline launches portfolio changes and growth plans.
- Vendor & Third -Party Partner Management: Manage third-party deployment and logistics partners including performance oversight SLAs capacity planning and issue resolution to ensure reliable supply and fulfillment.
- Inventory Management& Controls: Own inventory tacking reconciliation and controls across the full lifecycle ensuring accuracy availability and compliance with asset management standards.
- Financial Administration & Cash Flow Management: Oversee inventory-related financial administration including purchase orders invoicing cash flow tracking and inventory capitalization.
- Operational Reporting & Optimization: Provide clear reporting on inventory health turns vendor performance and financial exposure
ROLE REQUIEREMENTS
Technical Skills
- Bachelors/Masters in Business Administration Management or related field
- Inventory management systems forecasting and reconciliation
- Supply chain logistics fundamentals
