Job Summary
- 1 . Bid Manager cum Analyst: Female candidate preferred.
- Role Bid Manager cum Analyst
- Location: Anywhere across North East or West region
- Candidate should have excellent communication & analytical skills
- Candidate should have excellent skills on Excel & Power point presentations
- Education Graduate in any discipline.
- This will be an office-based role but need to travel across region (if required) for capability presentation
- Experience 5 years
Job profile:
- Updating record of all trackers MIS & Data related to business
- Measure conversion rates on BD front Enquiry vs RFP vs Win / Lost
- Tracker on audit & NPS score & presenting dashboard regularly
- Responding to RFP & preparing proposals
- Support on backend business development role
- Maintain inventory for marketing stuff
- Coordinate to ensure regular updating of case studies & CVs
- Updating master deck on capability presentation for all sectors & business
- Ensure implementation of training sessions blocking calendars etc.
- Coordinate with Operations Head to keep a track on month wise revenue projection for secured business for remaining months of entire year
- Updating RDR sheet & Project wise revenue projection for every month in coordination with respective Cluster / Operations Head

Selection criteria (preferred):
- Location: Anywhere across North East or West region (though Gurgaon is preferred)
- Experience 7 years Interior fit outs experience
Qualifications :
- Education Graduate in any discipline.
