Job Summary

Job Description

1. Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage regional budgets forecasts and financial models to support sales targets and resource allocation.

2. Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales metrics revenue trends and cost structures; identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between sales teams finance functions and senior leadership to ensure financial strategies align with business goals.

4. Win-win with external customersFocus on the profits and stability of the distributors and promote joint investment between the two sides.

5. Process Optimization: Streamline financial reporting and operational workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

6. Advisory Support: Provide actionable recommendations to LM on investment decisions pricing strategies and market expansion.

7. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to financial policies regulatory standards and internal controls.

8. Other ad-hoc tasks/projects: Sepcial/ad-hoc assigments from LM

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Experience: 57 years in finance roles with exposure to sales/business partnering budgeting or FP&A; experience in a dynamic industry (e.g. tech FMCG or manufacturing) is advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong analytical abilities proficiency in financial modeling tools (e.g. Excel Power BI) and familiarity with related systems
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills; ability to influence decisions at multiple levels.
