Shift: Day Shift 40 Hours/Week
Schedule: 5x8 Hour Shifts
Shift Hours: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
Weekend availability required as needed

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality resident care within a Long Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing environment. The ideal candidate will support residents with daily living activities while promoting comfort dignity and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident and patient care assistance
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Take and record vital signs
• Assist with mobility transfers repositioning and hygiene care
• Promote resident comfort dignity and safety
• Support nursing staff with routine patient care activities
• Follow infection control safety and facility protocols
• Utilize electronic charting systems including PCC documentation

Requirements

• Active CNA certification required
• Previous Long Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work five 8-hour shifts per week
• Weekend flexibility required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented and dependable work ethic
• Experience with geriatric patient populations preferred
• PCC charting experience preferred
• BLS certification preferred
