We are seeking an experienced and driven IT Project Manager to lead high-impact technology initiatives that support our nationwide operations. What Youll Do:
As an IT Project Manager at NorthStar you will play a vital role in delivering solutions that support our business employees and the families we serve:
- Drive project success: Lead IT initiatives from concept through deployment using Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban)
- Enable Agile excellence: Facilitate sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives while continuously improving team performance
- Bridge business & technology: Partner closely with stakeholders to translate needs into clear requirements and prioritized backlogs
- Deliver with quality: Ensure systems data integrity and deliverables meet high operational standards
- Manage vendors & resources: Coordinate across internal teams and third-party partners to achieve project goals
- Proactively solve challenges: Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to maintain timelines and outcomes
- Communicate with impact: Provide clear consistent updates to stakeholders and leadership on project health and outcomes
What You Bring:
- Proven experience managing IT projects in Agile environments
- Strong knowledge of SDLC project governance and delivery frameworks
- Ability to build trust and influence cross-functional teams
- Exceptional organization prioritization and problem-solving skills
- Experience with tools such as Jira Confluence or similar platforms
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Business or related field
- Experience delivering complex IT projects (e.g. enterprise platforms infrastructure or service management systems like ServiceNow preferred)

Work Environment:
This role operates in a professional office or hybrid environment and may require extended screen time occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs) and up to 25% travel.
