Senior Project Manager Industrial Construction

We are seeking highly experienced Senior Project Managers to lead capital and operational projects in highly regulated industrial environments. This role requires a seasoned professional who can independently manage projects endtoend and has a strong command of the decision gate process from initial scoping and budgeting through execution closeout and handover within an integrated team.

The ideal candidate is a selfdirected leader with strong financial acumen deep experience in regulated industries and the ability to communicate fluently with other project management professionals using standard PM methodologies and terminology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex projects from initiation to delivery from project definition through completion
• Develop and manage project budgets schedules and resource plans
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory safety and quality requirements applicable to nuclear and highly regulated industrial environments
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Communicate effectively with engineering operations finance and regulatory teams using recognized project management frameworks and language
• Identify assess and mitigate project risks
• Track financial performance and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide clear concise project reporting to leadership

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of project management experience preferably in nuclear energy chemical or other highly regulated industrial facilities
• PMP certification required
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
• Proven experience managing full project lifecycle ownership with assigned budgets
• Strong financial and commercial acumen including budget development and cost control
• Direct experience working in highly regulated environments
• Superior communication skills with the ability to converse confidently and professionally with senior project management peers and technical stakeholders

Additional Requirements

• Must be willing and able to work onsite in Amarillo TX
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
• Willingness to travel or relocate as required

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing largescale or highrisk project
