As a Manager Research Grants you will:
- Maintain expert knowledge of global funding schemes monitor sector trends and act as the Universitys key liaison with international funding bodieswith a key focus on Horizon Europe schemes and US Grants
- Build trusted longterm partnerships provide expert researchincome advice and develop strategies that strengthen the Universitys funding position internationally
- Lead and oversee highquality end-to end international grant submissions ensuring eligibility compliance and strong grantsmanship to improve success rates
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments manage resistance to change and resolve issues with diplomacy and strategic judgement
- Empower and develop team members through tailored coaching clear behavioural expectations and valuesdriven leadership ensuring strong governance accurate researchincome data effective risk management and a culture of service excellence.
To be successful youll have:
- Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or
- Extensive experience and management expertise; or
- Extensive experience and management expertise; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
