财务管理培训生项目FMDP原缩写为FMP始建于1914年迄今已开展百年之久是通用电气老牌领导力培训项目在同类项目中首屈一指GEHC FMDP项目提供世界一流的培训课程和在GE的各个业务部门中深度学习的机会该项目培训与实践并行资深导师全程带教致力于人才发展通过合理的岗位设计和优质的培训课程促进领导力的发展及分析能力的提升为未来培养有能力的财务领导者 该项目是在GEHC长足发展取得成功的基石

FMDP项目为期两年通过在3个富有挑战性的岗位轮岗及培训提升参与者的领导力业务能力及专业技术能力轮岗及培训旨在提供与GE战略计划的相关的财务实践经验岗位涵盖了公司财务与运营的各个方面包括 financial planning and analysis Commercial Finance Supply Chain Finance Controllership treasure/cash management 等轮岗机制致使学院在短时间内体验了解财务系统的各种工作为将来的职业发展奠定基础
FMDP项目不仅有轮岗中的挑战也提供丰富的线上线下培训让参与者对财务职能有全面的认知和体验FMDP学员需要在2年的四个学期内完成四门核心课程 和各种培训四门核心课程由自身财务总监和高级经理担任执导在线自学与课堂互动并行理论与实践结合完成项目学员们将对公司财务体系有扎实的了解对于公司运营有更深入的认识

FMDP EID (Early-Identification)是为FMDP项目提前筛选及培养优秀有潜质的学生而设计的暑期实习项目FMDP EID实习项目给学生们提供了一个在GEHC真实的工作环境同时也为同学们今后的职业生涯的发展提供了很好的经历
