Business Analyst / Business Relationship Manager (BRM)

Position Overview
Navitas Partners LLC is seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to support enterprise business and technology initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders. This role will focus on business analysis requirements gathering process improvement stakeholder engagement and coordination between business units and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in Agile environments supporting SDLC activities and utilizing Azure DevOps or similar tools for backlog management workflow tracking and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather analyze and document business functional and technical requirements
- Assess current business processes and workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories process flows and technical requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders business partners and IT teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
- Support Agile project activities including sprint planning backlog grooming stand-ups and requirements traceability
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to facilitate communication and resolve issues
- Coordinate meetings workshops project discussions and stakeholder sessions
- Monitor project progress deliverables timelines and status reporting
- Identify and escalate project risks blockers and scope concerns as needed
- Assist with testing activities including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test coordination and validation efforts
- Maintain accurate project documentation workflows and operational records
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology Computer Science or a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst BRM Project Coordinator or related role
- Strong experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
- Experience supporting Agile teams and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar project/work management tools
- Excellent communication analytical problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
