This role in our firm is crucial to caring for clients in both a compassionate and efficient manner and to guiding them through our collaborative cooperative approach toward a final resolution. The perfect applicant must be able to:

• Proactively work in conjunction with the production team to ensure efficient client case handling
• Effectively communicate with clients regarding case strategy progress and costs
• Develop a strategy for achieving the clients goals; craft unique creative solutions in line with their core values
• Prioritize monitor and facilitate daily workflows for yourself other members of the production team and support staff as it pertains to your clients case handling
• Monitor case dockets calendar events and deadlines; ensure tracking of and adherence to deadlines and timely completion of time-sensitive tasks
• Advocate for clients in hearings trials conferences and mediations in line with the firms mission and the clients goals
• Actively participate in developing and implementing case strategy and litigation plans using collaborative creative techniques in a manner that supports the clients goals and core values
• Timely review of client invoices to ensure accuracy as well as ensure they reflect all case events; accurately record time asynchronously
• Be open to being mentored and guided regarding continued professional development and growth
• Participate in marketing activities including networking opportunities and events participating in potential client consultations maintaining contact with former clients and lead sources as requested and other marketing activities as requested
• Attend continuing education seminars and workshops to further professional development and maintain CLE status; share resources with the team
• Comply with all federal state county and local laws legal standards codes and regulations
• Sustain membership in the area Bar associations and relevant practice groups as requested and approved
• Comply with the firms policies and procedures
