Clinic Location: Buffalo TX 75831
Position: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Locum Tenens
Assignment Length: Minimum 6 months with strong possibility of extension
Schedule
- Monday Thursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
Compensation
- Local Providers: $90 $93/hour
- Travel/All-Inclusive Rate: $100 $105/hour
Position Details
LocumSquare is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to provide coverage at its Buffalo clinic location for at least the next six months with the potential for ongoing extension and additional coverage opportunities.
The provider will work independently in the clinic setting while collaborating with an off-site supervising physician who will remain available by phone as needed. Candidates must be comfortable practicing solo managing day-to-day patient flow and maintaining efficient clinic operations.
Requirements
- Active FNP license and certifications
- Strong experience with Athena EMR required
- Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision
- Comfortable providing operational feedback to Freestone leadership regarding clinic workflow efficiency and patient flow
- Open to extending assignment and assisting with future coverage needs
