QC Manager
Job Summary
We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a full of potential and reliable Civil QA/QC Manager

What you will need to do:
- Lead and manage all QA/QC activities at project level ensuring full compliance with project specifications contract requirements and Company IMS procedures.
- Coordinate and supervise QC Engineers QC Inspectors Document Controllers and third-party testing/inspection agencies on site.
- Develop implement and monitor the Project Quality Plan in coordination with the Regional Quality Manager and Project Management Team.
- Ensure effective implementation of the Integrated Management System (IMS) across all project activities.
- Prepare review and monitor Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) Method Statements audit schedules and quality documentation.
- Conduct internal audits and monitor corrective and preventive actions related to non-conformances.
- Monitor quality performance and prepare periodic quality reports for management and client submission.
- Ensure all testing and measuring equipment are calibrated and properly maintained.
- Liaise with clients consultants subcontractors and suppliers on all project quality-related matters.
- Support project handover activities including preparation of final quality dossiers and records.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering from a recognized University.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in QA/QC positions including experience as a QA/QC Manager within large-scale construction projects.
- Strong experience in geotechnical works including Piles Diaphragm Walls and related civil works activities.
- Excellent knowledge of international standards related to civil and geotechnical works.
- Good understanding of Quality Management Systems based on ISO 9001 standards.
- Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 is preferred.
- Proven experience in preparation and implementation of Project Quality Plans and IMS procedures.
- Strong leadership coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Fluent English communication skills both written and spoken.
