Role Purpose

Senior Associate Administration & Facilities (Technical) is responsible for end-to-end administration facilities and technical operations for a standalone R1 site. This role integrates strong electrical engineering expertise with administrative leadership to ensure compliant efficient and cost-effective workplace operations in an IT/ITES environment.

Key Responsibilities

Facilities & Technical Engineering Operations

• Oversee low-side and high-side equipment including HVAC electrical panels (LT/HT) DG sets UPS and fire systems

• Ensure adherence to Planned Preventive Maintenance schedules

• Troubleshoot breakdowns and conduct root cause analysis

• Drive energy management and efficiency initiatives

• Supervise repairs refurbishments and minor projects

• Maintain technical documentation and logs

Administration & Workplace Operations

• Manage housekeeping cafeteria security front office parking and visitor management

• Supervise employee transport operations for 750 staff

• Address and resolve employee facility concerns

• Coordinate fire drills audits and emergency preparedness

• Support leadership visits audits and client engagements

Vendor AMC & Contract Management

• Manage AMC/CAMC contracts and DLP tracking

• Support vendor selection negotiation and finalization

• Assist Procurement with RFP/RFQ processes

• Track SLAs and conduct vendor performance reviews

Asset Compliance & SOP Management

• Maintain asset registers and compliance documentation

• Develop and implement SOPs for facilities and admin functions

• Ensure audit readiness and statutory compliance

People Management & Reporting

• Hire train and manage supervisors engineers and maintenance staff

• Coordinate with IT security and internal stakeholders

• Prepare daily weekly and monthly MIS reports

• Support budget planning and cost control

Education & Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)

• 6 years of experience in Administration & Facilities within IT/ITES or large corporate environments
