What Youll Do
As a key member of the analytics team you will transform data into actionable insights that support revenue growth operational efficiency and strategic planning.
- Identify and contribute to the development of scalable data tools that improve how data is transformed managed and accessedreducing time to insight.
- Build predictive and forecasting models to support revenue growth marketing effectiveness and improved customer experiences.
- Lead analytics and modeling projects that translate organizational data into clear data-driven recommendations.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports aligned to key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Implement modern tools and techniques to analyze visualize and communicate data trends effectively.
- Partner with business teams to support operational improvements and growth initiatives defining measurable outcomes.
- Prepare both executive-level summaries and detailed analytical reports including clear written insights and visual storytelling.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership including options and trade-offs.
- Collaborate closely with Finance and executive stakeholders to support recurring business review and planning cycles.
- Contribute to additional analytics initiatives as business needs evolve.
What You Bring
Must-Have Qualifications
- 45 years of experience using SQL for data extraction and transformation and Python for advanced analytics automation or modeling.
- Hands-on experience with forecasting and predictive modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Experience working with modern data warehouses such as Snowflake Amazon Redshift or Google BigQuery.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts including star and snowflake schemas and normalized vs. denormalized designs.
- Advanced proficiency with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau including best practices for data storytelling.
- Proven ability to lead analytics projects end-to-endfrom business requirements through analysis insights and executive recommendations.
- Experience delivering measurable business impact through analytics reporting revenue operations or related roles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Familiarity with automated data pipelines or reporting automation.
- Experience supporting executive or board-level reporting.
