Office Clerk
Job Summary
We are currently looking for an Office Clerk. This is a regular full-time position located in London ON.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing the receipt of goods in the computer system (Karmak)
- Validating employee hours
- Tracking purchases billing customer accounts and cash balancing
- Paying suppliers and making deposits
- Preparing sales reports as needed
- Performing various clerical tasks (filing data entry photocopying etc.)
Qualifications :
To join our team you need:
- Previous experience in an administrative accounting or office support role
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel Word and Outlook)
