HR Generalist

• Provide HR coaching guidance and advice aligned with best practices legislation and company values
• Lead investigations and fact-finding on employee and labor relations issues
• Support managers and employees with performance management development plans and goal setting
• Act as a change agent to support critical business initiatives and lead effective change management efforts
• Manage the employee lifecycle including orientation for new hires exit interviews and off-boarding 
• Maintain accurate employee data in systems and coordinate with Payroll and IT on employee changes new hires and terminations
• Support the rollout of HR programs and initiatives that promote an inclusive and diverse culture
• Contribute to continuous improvements and best practices to influence HR strategies

Qualifications :

• 5 years progressive experience in a Human Resources role
• Experience working in a unionized environment an asset
• Post-secondary degree diploma or certification in Human Resources Management
• CHRP in progress or completed an asset 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook PowerPoint Word and Excel
• Previous experience with a HRIS & ATS
• Salary: $60000 - $75000. Compensation is based on experience.
