- 新規受注プロジェクト管理
- 客先計画業務
- 工場側とのプロジェクト立ち上げ業務
- 社内外とのプロジェクト会議設定
- プロジェクト予算コスト管理
Safety Powertrain & Electrification Project Manager for JOEM customer
Your tasks will be:
- Powertrain Safety & Electrification Project manager
- Customer interface responsible for overall project management
- Launch Management and plant coordination
- Organize internal and external project meetings
- Change Management
- Project budget planning and cost controlling
Qualifications :
- 社内外に対するコミュニケーションスキル
- ボッシュプロセスに対する知識
- 営業もしくはプロジェクトマネージメントの経験
- 母国語レベルの日本語および英語のスキル
- 日系メーカーとのプロジェクト経験
- 二輪車に対する知識バイカー希望
- 目標意識が高い事チームワーク尊重
- Good Communication skills with customers as well as Bosch internally
- Knowledge of Bosch processes
- Experience in sales / project management
- Fluent Japanese and English language skills
- Experience of project coordination with JOEM customers
- Knowledge in two wheeler domain biker experience (preferred)
- Target oriented mindset and ability to work in a team
