Their platforms enable individuals and organisations to trade across a range of financial instruments from crypto and equities to ETFs and beyond in fast-moving regulated markets.
As they launch a new mobile-first investing platform in Australia theyre looking for an Onboarding & Engagement Associate to help define and elevate the customer journey from day one.
This isnt just support.

The Opportunity
Youll sit at the frontline of a new platform launch guiding clients through onboarding while gathering insights that directly influence product and experience improvements.
Expect to work on:
Supporting clients through onboarding from account creation to first investment
Assisting with initial funding and early-stage platform usage
Explaining app features functionality and user experience
Helping clients understand crypto and future investment products
Gathering real-time feedback on onboarding experience and pain points
Monitoring drop-off points and identifying improvement opportunities
Documenting product issues and user experience insights
Collaborating with product and tech teams to improve the platform
Supporting marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
Testing and validating onboarding and product improvements
This is a role where client interaction insight gathering and execution all come together.

Youll be operating within:
Mobile-first fintech platform launch environment
Client onboarding and engagement function
Close collaboration with product tech and marketing teams
Exposure to crypto and expanding asset classes (shares ETFs etc.)
Hybrid working setup (Melbourne-based)
You dont need to know everything but curiosity and adaptability are essential.
