Position Overview
The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Paramedic delivers advanced pre-hospital and emergency medical care for patients requiring urgent assessment stabilization and treatment. Working within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment this role supports emergency response operations assists medical providers with clinical procedures and helps maintain continuity of care across emergency clinic and inpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency medical situations perform patient assessments and provide advanced life support interventions
- Deliver emergency treatments including IV/IO access medication administration airway management cardiac monitoring and 12-lead ECG interpretation
- Assist physicians and clinical teams with medical procedures and patient care within scope of practice
- Document patient assessments treatments medications and clinical outcomes accurately in EMR systems
- Coordinate with EMTs and healthcare staff to support efficient emergency response and patient care delivery
- Maintain readiness of medical equipment supplies and treatment areas through inventory monitoring and restocking
- Support patient care operations across emergency clinic and inpatient care environments as needed
- Complete required clinical training regulatory compliance education and organizational onboarding requirements
Qualifications :
Requirements & Qualifications
- Current unrestricted Paramedic license in a U.S. state or National Registry EMT-P certification required
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required
- Advanced trauma certification such as PHTLS ITLS TCCC or equivalent required
- Graduate of an accredited Paramedic training program
- Strong emergency response critical thinking and patient assessment skills in high-pressure environments
- Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to meet pre-deployment medical and physical requirements including prolonged standing sitting bending and lifting up to 25 pounds
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident Card required with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance and maintain a valid U.S. passport for international assignment eligibility
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working on a military installation or within government-supported healthcare environments
- Experience in emergency medicine trauma response or critical care transport settings
- Prior experience supporting multidisciplinary healthcare teams in high-acuity environments

Compensation Disclaimer:
Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicants background experience skills internal equity and alignment with geographical market data.
