Strategic Leadership & Autonomy

• Take full control of the technical and support the functional environment of missions. You are responsible for designing the best architecture support staffing delegating and prioritising work to ensure project success;
• Swiftly adapt to unexpected project shifts and navigate complex organisational landscapes with autonomy;
• Be part of an engagement management team supporting the financial aspects of projects and missions ensuring delivery remains within scope and budget;

Technical Excellence & Quality Assurance

• Act as a recognised expert and a point of reference for employees across the group in your specific domain;
• More than 7 years designing highly scalable and resilient solutions with or Python using modern architectures and main patterns. Extensive experience deploying on one of the main cloud providers (Azure GCP or AWS);
• Foster awareness and implementation of quality management principles processes and tools to ensure differentiated deliverables;
• Leverage a profound technological culture to understand client stakes and react with solutions that provide a competitive edge;

Client Relationship & Business Development

• Establish long-lasting relationships with clients influencing their strategic decisions and anticipating future needs;
• Lead the design and drafting of complex sales proposals. You will be a key player in negotiations and technical pre-sales activities;
• Proactively propose improvements to the clients organisation and processes based on technical insights;

Complex Problem Solving

• Understand and articulate the clients vision identifying potential roadblocks and crafting robust scalable solutions;
• Analyse risks that threaten project progress and implement decisive action plans. You remain calm and focused when leading teams through crises;
• Lead high-level workshops and meetings in complex multi-stakeholder environments;

Mentorship & Learning Agility

• Actively coach third parties both internally at Devoteam and at client sites to elevate the overall skill level of the team;
• Quickly assimilate new technologies and methodologies encouraging a positive and innovative learning environment for others;
•  Be a driving force in training activities and the continuous broadening of professional horizons for the consultant community;

Internal Contribution & Community Building

• Serve as a Devoteam ambassador communicating corporate strategy and values to both clients and internal collaborators;
• Actively participate in the growth of the entity through direct recruitment interviews and cooptation;
• Own and maintain internal networks contributing significantly to technical and methodological communities and the development of Devoteams service offers.

Qualifications :

• Extensive experience in solution architecture with a proven track record of leading complex digital transformations;
• Impactful public speaking skills with the ability to federate and convince stakeholders even in challenging environments. Good English (minimum B2) is a requirement;
• Demonstrated ability to inspire others identify individual strengths within a team and build high-performing units;
• Strong understanding of the strategic and practical ramifications of technical decisions;
• Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
