An opportunity is available for a PRODUCTION MANAGER within a high-volume FMCG manufacturing facility responsible for overseeing production processes efficiencies and output quality based in Northern KZN.

• Manage full production operations and daily output targets
• Ensure production meets quality safety and efficiency standards
• Optimize production processes and reduce waste
• Manage production teams and supervisors
• Monitor KPIs: output downtime wastage efficiency
• Coordinate with procurement maintenance and logistics
• Ensure compliance with health safety and food standards
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage production planning and scheduling
• Control labour utilization and productivity

• Degree / Diploma in Production / Engineering / Operations
• 510 years FMCG manufacturing experience
• Strong leadership and production management experience
• Understanding of production systems and efficiencies
• Knowledge of quality standards and compliance
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Stable employment history essential
