Established mental health organization seeking a finance-focused professional to support leadership with revenue tracking reporting and financial oversight.
This role will work closely with leadership to help monitor company performance track revenue flow identify where money is being lost and improve overall financial visibility across the organization.
The ideal candidate is analytical hands-on and comfortable working through operational and financial data to provide clear reporting and insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Track revenue from services provided through billing and collections
- Review financial operational and billing-related reports
- Identify missing revenue denied claims payment delays and operational inefficiencies
- Monitor expected vs. actual payments and help identify collection issues
- Prepare weekly reports and financial summaries for leadership
- Work closely with billing and operational teams to improve financial visibility
- Help improve reporting systems dashboards and financial processes
- Review expenses subscriptions and financial workflows for inefficiencies
- Assist leadership with financial organization and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Prior experience in finance accounting assistant controller controller or similar role
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends or discrepancies
- Healthcare medical billing or revenue cycle experience is a strong plus
- Comfortable working with multiple systems reports and financial data
- Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy mindset; dashboard or reporting tool experience is a plus
