Shift Options: 12-Hour Day or Night Shifts
Schedule:

• 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
• 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
  Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract assignment in Elkins West Virginia. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care support the healthcare team and help maintain a safe and professional clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor assess and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including mobility hygiene and comfort care
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with facility policies
• Communicate effectively with nurses physicians patients and family members regarding care plans and updates
• Observe and report changes in patient condition promptly
• Maintain a clean organized and safe clinical environment
• Follow infection control and patient safety guidelines at all times

Qualifications

• Active LPN License required
• Current BLS Certification preferred
• Previous experience in long-term care rehabilitation or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong communication organizational and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts including nights
