ABOUT THE ROLE

Wereseekinga motivated andrelationshipdrivenAccount Managerto build strong partnerships uncover new opportunities and support customers across your designated territory.

In this roleyoullbe the face ofMicrotechDPShelping clients make confident technology decisions driving new business and ensuring customer satisfactionremainsconsistently high.

AsanAccount Manager you will:

  1. Grow revenue across existing and new customers
  2. Build andmaintaintrustedlonglastingclient relationships
  3. Proactivelyidentifyand follow upnew salesopportunities and leads
  4. Use CRM (andERP) to track pipelineperformanceand forecasts
  5. Prepare and deliver proposals andquotes
  6. Collaborate withinternal teamsto ensure smooth project handoverand customer experience

What you will bring:

  • Experience in B2B sales or account management (IT industry or similar preferred)
  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proventrack recordof achieving sales targets and managing client accounts effectively.
  • Confidence using CRM tools and reporting on your results

This role offers a competitive package including a base salary of $70000$80000 company car uncapped commission plus superannuation with an ontarget earnings (OTE) of $130000$150000.
