About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to generate listings manage sales campaigns and build long-term client relationships within a growing real estate team.
Reporting directly to the Leadership team some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing property listings and sales campaigns from appraisal to settlement
- Building relationships with buyers vendors and local networks
- Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
- Managing and nurturing database relationships
- Delivering exceptional customer service and client communication
- Working collaboratively with internal administration and support teams
- Building your personal brand and growing market presence
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years experience in residential real estate sales or as a Sales PA/Associate
- Certificate IV In Real Estate Practice or Full Real Estate Licence
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional presentation with strong self-motivation
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence And Reliable Vehicle
- Experience using CRM systems such as REAPIT (advantageous)
- Flexibility to work Saturdays (with a weekday off in lieu)
