Job Responsibilities
- Executes financial analysis and modeling to support strategic finance FP&A and transaction-related engagements.
- Develops and maintains operating cash flow and valuation models to support planning investment and deal analysis.
- Analyzes current and historical financial data to assess business performance growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Supports mergers and acquisitions integrations divestitures and capital structure initiatives through financial analysis and due diligence activities.
- Interprets financial market and industry data to support insights and recommendations aligned to client objectives.
- Prepares client-ready analyses schedules and presentation materials under the guidance of engagement leadership.
- Utilizes analytical tools and technology to deliver efficient high-quality financial insights.
- Collaborates with engagement teams to support timely accurate and high-quality client service delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Accounting Finance Economics Engineering or a related field.
- 16 years of experience.
- Experience developing and working with integrated financial models including income statement balance sheet and cash flow components.
- Foundational understanding of valuation methodologies including income and market approaches.
- Experience supporting client-facing engagements or internal stakeholders in a consulting advisory banking or corporate environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in strategic finance FP&A valuation investment banking private equity venture capital or corporate development environments.
- Experience modeling equity debt and hybrid instruments in support of transactions or strategic finance initiatives.
- Experience developing forecasts at the consolidated or business unit level using bottom-up and top-down approaches.
- Experience preparing executive-level or management-ready presentation materials summarizing financial findings and insights.
- Exposure to advanced financial analytics tools or data visualization technologies.
- CPA CFA or progress toward a relevant professional certification.

At RSM an employees pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences performance and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including but not limited to education skills work experience certifications location etc. As such pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $85100 - $161700Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
