What Youll Do

• Work directly with developers and stakeholders to gather clarify and document requirements

• Analyze current workflows and identify inefficiencies or gaps in communication

• Create and refine user stories acceptance criteria and backlog items

• Propose and implement improvements to how requirements are captured and managed

• Act as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation

• Support testing and validation to ensure delivered features meet business expectations

• Establish lightweight processes and documentation where needed

What you will learn:

• You will own the Business Analyst function for the team

• Youll have the freedom to define how the role operates

• You are encouraged to challenge existing processes and implement changes

• Youll work independently with guidance available when needed but not constant direction

• This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity and motivated to take initiative.

What Were Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Computer Science or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Interest in software development particularly cloud-based applications

• Basic understanding of Agile concepts (user stories backlogs etc.)

• Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership

Nice to Have

• Familiarity Angular or modern web applications

• Experience with tools like Jira Azure DevOps or similar

• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g. Azure AWS)
