Job Overview
We are hiring for a French-speaking Customer Support / Car Rental Services Associate. The role involves assisting customers with car rental reservations modifications and general support inquiries in both French and English.
This position is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries related to car rentals (reservations changes cancellations)
- Provide support in French and English via phone email or chat
- Assist customers with booking processes and rental conditions
- Resolve issues professionally and efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth rental operations
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings
Work Arrangement

Requirements
