Business Analyst (Medior) GIS / ArcGIS Pro

We are looking for a Medior Business Analyst with strong GIS experience to support the implementation of a new ESRI ArcGIS Pro platform within a large-scale digital transformation programme.

In this role you will work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to help replace legacy systems and support the transition toward a GIS-driven organisation. You will play a key role in business analysis testing workshop facilitation stakeholder communication and process optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and validate them with stakeholders
• Support the implementation of GIS solutions using ESRI ArcGIS Pro
• Create and execute SIT and UAT test scenarios
• Analyse testing outcomes and support issue resolution
• Facilitate workshops with end users and business teams
• Translate business feedback into actionable project requirements
• Coordinate communication between stakeholders and project teams
• Identify dependencies across teams processes and deliverables
• Support BPM and process optimisation initiatives
• Contribute to process analysis and data modelling activities

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Analyst
Minimum 4 years experience in GIS projects specifically ESRI ArcGIS Pro
Experience with GIS Viewer software
Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions
Knowledge of BPM and process optimisation
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Jira and Confluence
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Proactive analytical and solution-oriented mindset
Dutch proficiency at CEFR C2 level

Nice to Have

• Stakeholder management experience
• Experience in large transformation programmes

Work Environment

• Hybrid working model with teleworking possibilities
• Travel across Flanders may occasionally be required
• Flexibility for on-site workshops and project activities
