Position Overview Level: Analyst 2/3 Focus: Technology M&A Location: New York City Start Date: Flexible for qualified candidates
Responsibilities
- Support execution of technology M&A transactions across software data & analytics and tech-enabled services
- Build and maintain financial models conduct valuation analyses and assist with due diligence
- Prepare marketing materials management presentations and Board-level presentations
- Conduct industry and company research to support transaction execution and client advisory
- Coordinate with legal accounting and other transaction advisors
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of M&A investment banking experience with exposure to technology sectors
- Strong technical proficiency in financial modeling and valuation
- Exceptional analytical capabilities and attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to start immediately or shortly after bonus season
