Position Overview Level: Analyst 2/3 Focus: Technology M&A Location: New York City Start Date: Flexible for qualified candidates

Responsibilities

• Support execution of technology M&A transactions across software data & analytics and tech-enabled services
• Build and maintain financial models conduct valuation analyses and assist with due diligence
• Prepare marketing materials management presentations and Board-level presentations
• Conduct industry and company research to support transaction execution and client advisory
• Coordinate with legal accounting and other transaction advisors

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of M&A investment banking experience with exposure to technology sectors
• Strong technical proficiency in financial modeling and valuation
• Exceptional analytical capabilities and attention to detail
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to start immediately or shortly after bonus season
