Position Overview Level: Associate 2 Focus: Technology M&A Location: New York City Start Date: Flexible for qualified candidates

Responsibilities

Support execution of complex technology M&A transactions from origination through close
Manage deal workflow including financial modeling due diligence and transaction documentation
Conduct strategic and financial analysis to support client advisory services
Prepare marketing materials management presentations and Board-level presentations
Coordinate with legal accounting and other transaction advisors

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of M&A investment banking experience with a focus on technology sectors including software data & analytics and/or tech-enabled services
Experience supporting 2 closed technology M&A transactions
Strong technical proficiency in financial modeling valuation and deal structuring
Exceptional analytical capabilities and attention to detail
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to start immediately or shortly after bonus season
