Dynamic Integrated Services (DIS) is seeking Overnight Environmental Service Technicians (EVS) to join our growing organization. This role will partner closely with a team of talented managers to support overnight sanitation and custodial operations within the VA healthcare system.

Shift Availability:

• Monday Thursday 12:00 AM 10:30 AM
• Friday Monday 12:00 AM 10:30 AM

Pay Range:
$2427/hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (What you will do)

• Perform overnight sanitation and environmental cleaning throughout assigned healthcare areas
• Clean and disinfect restrooms hallways stairwells elevators offices and common areas
• Sweep mop vacuum dust mop and maintain floors
• Empty sanitize and reline trash receptacles
• Perform terminal cleaning of vacant clinic exam rooms
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces using approved hospital-grade disinfectants
• Follow infection prevention and healthcare sanitation procedures
• Operate cleaning equipment and microfiber systems safely
• Maintain safe work areas and display wet floor signage properly
• Report hazards spills and maintenance concerns promptly
• Support operational coverage needs as required

Required Skills

• Previous janitorial custodial EVS sanitation or housekeeping experience preferred
• Overnight cleaning experience strongly preferred
• Hospital or healthcare cleaning experience is a plus
• Strong attendance and reliability required
• Ability to work independently during overnight operations
• Must be able to stand walk bend push carts and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout shift
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds when required
• Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and safety standards
• Must read understand speak and write English fluently
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must pass federal background screening fingerprinting and onboarding requirements before starting employment

Additional Information

• Federal contractor position supporting the VA healthcare system
• Candidates cannot begin work until onboarding and background adjudication are completed
• Uniforms required
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required based on operational needs
• Healthcare sanitation and infection prevention training provided

Salary is commensurate with experience.
