Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Electrician to join a stable and growing manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for troubleshooting maintaining and repairing electrical PLC hydraulic pneumatic and mechanical systems supporting production equipment.

You will work in a structured team-oriented environment where safety reliability and continuous improvement are prioritized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical electronic PLC hydraulic and pneumatic control systems on industrial machinery
  • Install test and maintain electrical and electronic equipment using schematics blueprints and technical diagrams
  • Perform diagnostics and repairs on motors transformers panels breakers conduit and lighting systems
  • Dismantle machinery and replace or repair defective components (electrical and mechanical)
  • Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment
  • Interpret blueprints sketches and verbal instructions to complete installations and repairs
  • Perform basic mechanical repairs and alignments as needed
  • Install and monitor equipment for performance safety and operational efficiency
  • Document work and manage maintenance tasks using a CMMS system
  • Support and occasionally guide junior maintenance team members as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree (2-year) in Electrical Electromechanical or related field
  • 5 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot electrical PLC hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints
  • Proficiency with CMMS systems for work orders and parts lookup
  • Basic mechanical repair capability (motor mounting alignment component replacement)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active maintenance work (standing bending stooping)
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen background check and physical

Preferred Experience

  • Industrial or plant maintenance in manufacturing environments
  • Automation mechatronics OEM equipment service or heavy machinery maintenance
  • Experience supporting multi-shift production operations
